According the article which can be found here or this slideshow, this thing is 2.5 feet long!!! Awesome. Although I must say I never got anything that big when I was working in the Bug Lab during college. I wonder if it tastes any good? Maybe with a bit of clarified butter.

I think that's all I have to say.
Ewwww! I have a gut feeling it won't taste anything like a Lobster or Crab even with clarified butter. Good ol' Bug Lab days...I know you might give that beast a taste, but not me, I'd try to smash it with a baseball bat.
Basically these things craw along the ocean bottom and scavenge. Pretty much just like crabs. I'd bet they taste pretty similar.
